We will do our best to share and gather the best resources. Building contacts within local city council, health and fire departments, and food industry will help expedite many of the necessities of opening or operating your business properly.
Although we do not act as your legal counsel, we are well-versed in hospitality and employment law. Every state, county and city have different laws pertaining to the operation of fitness centers, restaurants, spas, and hotels. There are different licenses and permits required for each area and different authorities that you will need to contact. Therefore, having a team to support you with your build, design, health and safety codes will be critical to your business moving forward. Our buildouts by our in-house Licensed General Contractors are only available within the United States.
