During his time with Midtown Athletic Clubs, Daniel acted as a liaison between club operations and corporate business units driving the growth strategies, CX, Sales and Marketing to achieve EBITDA goals as well as hired, trained and developed a team to set record breaking net positive client growth for the organization.

Daniel’s role included talent development with 4 direct reports and cross training the team of +90 employees with focus on customer engagement, auxiliary sales, customer retention and acquisitions.

He assisted in the development of sales curriculums and processes used in SOPs as well as new hire onboarding manuals. His work aided the implementation of brand standards, best practice sales processes and operations. Daniel often collaborated with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams for reporting related to Customer Relations Management, Trend Awareness, and Customer Journey Mapping.

Daniel was often referred to as the Team motivator. He energized and connected various departments together with team building experiences creating a more enjoyable and productive work environment. 

As the Director of Business Development, Daniel established B2B brand positioning partnerships and generated incremental revenue with elite luxury brands such as Porsche, Audi and Oceana Cruises.
